Terms of Service
MOMU AI · Last updated: October 20, 2026
Welcome to MOMU AI (“MOMU”, “we”, “us”, “our”). MOMU is an AI chat assistant that answers questions in Bangla, Banglish and English, does exact maths, can look things up on the web, shows the weather, reads files and pictures you attach, and can remember things you ask it to. MOMU is created and run by Muntasir. These Terms are the agreement between you and us about using MOMU. Please read them. If you do not agree, please do not create an account or use MOMU.

1.Accepting these Terms
By creating an account, signing in (including with Google), or using MOMU, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. On the sign-up page, clicking the button to create your account means you accept both.
2.Who can use MOMU
- You must be old enough to use MOMU where you live. That is 8 years old where no local law asks for more, and older in places whose laws set a higher age for online services (for example 13 in the United States and the United Kingdom, and up to 16 in some European countries). When you sign up we ask for your date of birth and country or region to check this. If you are under 18, you should use MOMU only with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian.
- You must give a real email address that you control, and keep it up to date.
- If we closed or suspended your account, you may not open another one to get around that.
3.Your account
- You are responsible for your password, your email account and everything done through your MOMU account. Keep them private and use a password that is not used elsewhere.
- You can be signed in on a limited number of devices at once. When the limit is reached, the oldest sessions may be signed out. You can see and sign out your devices in Settings.
- Tell us straight away through Support if you think someone else is using your account.
- One person, one account. Do not sell, share or transfer your account.
4.What MOMU is (and isn’t)
MOMU uses artificial intelligence, built-in rules, calculators, its own learned knowledge, and outside services to answer you. AI can be wrong. It can misunderstand, leave things out, sound sure when it is not, or repeat mistakes found in its sources.
- MOMU’s answers are for general information, learning and everyday help. They are not professional medical, legal, financial, safety, emergency or mental-health advice. For those, talk to a qualified person. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
- Always check important facts, numbers, weather warnings, dates, quotes and sources yourself before you rely on them or act on them.
- Weather, time and web information comes from outside services and may be late, incomplete or wrong.
- You are responsible for how you use what MOMU gives you.
5.Acceptable use
When you use MOMU you agree not to:
- Break any law, or help someone else break a law.
- Create, ask for or share sexual content involving children, or any content that exploits or endangers a child.
- Threaten, harass, bully, stalk, scam, defame or impersonate anyone, or promote hatred or violence.
- Ask for help to make weapons, to hurt yourself or others, or to commit fraud, identity theft or hacking.
- Upload files, pictures or text that you have no right to use, that contain malware, or that contain other people’s private information without a good reason.
- Try to break, probe, overload, scrape, reverse-engineer or get around the limits, security, sign-in, rate limits or safety rules of MOMU, or try to get at other people’s accounts or data.
- Try to make MOMU reveal its hidden instructions, keys, passwords, internal settings or the technical details of the services behind it.
- Use MOMU to send spam, or use automated tools (bots) to use it in bulk without our written permission.
- Present MOMU’s answers as human work in a way that deceives people, or use them in a way that causes harm.
We may refuse a request, remove content, limit features or close an account that breaks these rules.
6.Your content
- You own your content — your messages, files, pictures and anything else you put into MOMU (“Your Content”). You are responsible for it and promise you have the right to use it.
- You give us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to store, process, copy and display Your Content, and to send it to the outside services described in the Privacy Policy, only so we can run MOMU for you, keep it safe, fix problems, and — as explained in the Privacy Policy — help MOMU learn and improve.
- Answers MOMU produces for you are provided to you for your own use. Because AI can give similar answers to different people, we cannot promise answers are unique or free of other people’s rights.
- If you give us feedback or ideas, we may use them without owing you anything.
7.Sharing, memory and incognito
- Shared links. If you share a chat, a message or a project, anyone who has the link can view it. Only share what you are happy for others to see. You can see and delete your shared links in Settings; deleting a link stops others opening it but does not delete your original chat.
- Memory and “Your Info”. MOMU can remember things you ask it to remember and use the profile information you add (for example what you do, or more about you) to make answers more personal. You can view, edit or delete these in Settings. You decide what to tell MOMU, so please do not store things like passwords or card numbers there.
- Incognito chats. An incognito chat is not saved to your chat history and does not use your saved memory or profile information. It is not a promise of total secrecy: your messages are still processed by MOMU and the outside services needed to answer them, and — as the incognito screen and the Privacy Policy explain — a question and answer may be kept without your name for training.
8.Web search and third-party services
MOMU relies on other companies’ services (for example AI model providers, web search and weather information, speech recognition, Google sign-in, email delivery, and hosting). We do not control them, they may change or stop, and their own terms may apply when you use features that depend on them. Links to other websites in answers or sources are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for those websites.
9.Support
You can contact us through the Support page. Support answers are by email. Please do not send passwords, card numbers or very private information in a support request. We may keep a record of requests and replies to help you and to improve MOMU. We cannot promise a reply time, except where MOMU states one itself (for example the automatic 24-hour steps for reopening or fully deleting an account).
10.Deleting your account
- You can delete your account in Settings. You will be signed out everywhere straight away.
- For 30 days afterwards the account cannot be used to log in and the same email cannot be used for a new account. During this time you can send a Support request to reopen the account if you change your mind, or to delete it completely sooner so you can sign up again with the same email.
- After 30 days your account and data are deleted for good and cannot be recovered, except for a limited set of information we may need to keep longer where the law requires it, to prevent abuse, or to resolve disputes. See the Privacy Policy.
11.Suspension and ending access
We may warn you, limit features, suspend or close your account — with or without notice — if you break these Terms or the law, if your use puts MOMU, other people or us at risk, if your account looks hacked or abused, or if we must by law. We may also stop offering MOMU, or part of it, at any time. You can stop using MOMU at any time.
12.Availability and changes to MOMU
MOMU is provided as it is and may be unavailable at times — for example during maintenance, updates, outages of outside services, or usage limits. We may change, add, limit or remove features, the AI models behind MOMU, and usage limits (such as the number or size of files, messages or support requests) at any time. We do not promise that MOMU will always work, be fast, be error-free, or keep any particular feature.
13.Copyright and our rights
© 2026 MOMU AI. All rights reserved.
Created and run by Muntasir.
MOMU AI, the MOMU name, logo, design, interface, text, code, knowledge base and everything else we made are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.
- What belongs to us. MOMU — its name, logo, look and feel, software, written content, help articles, and the knowledge MOMU has learned — belongs to us or our licensors. These Terms give you no ownership of it. You may only use MOMU in the ways allowed here.
- What you may not do. Do not copy, modify, reproduce, resell, publicly display, scrape or distribute any part of MOMU, and do not build a competing service from MOMU’s code, design, data or answers in bulk. Do not remove or hide any copyright or ownership notice. Do not use the MOMU name or logo without our written permission.
- What stays yours. Your Content remains yours (see section 6). Nothing here takes your ownership away from it.
- Third-party material. Other companies’ names, logos, websites and content that appear in answers or sources belong to their owners. They are shown for information and are not owned or endorsed by us.
- Personal use of answers. You may use MOMU’s answers for your own purposes. You are responsible for checking that what you do with them does not break anyone else’s rights.
14.Copyright complaints
We respect other people’s creative work and ask you to do the same. If you believe content in MOMU — for example a shared link, a shared project, or a file someone uploaded — copies your work without permission, contact us through the Support page and choose “Talk to our team”. Please include:
- A description of your work and, if you can, where it can be seen.
- The link or exact place in MOMU where the content appears.
- Your name and the email address we can reply to.
- A statement that you are the owner, or are allowed to act for the owner, and that you believe the use is not authorised.
We may remove or disable the content, tell the person who posted it, and close the account of anyone who repeatedly breaks other people’s copyright. Please send only complaints you believe are true — a false claim can have legal consequences.
15.Disclaimers
To the fullest extent the law allows, MOMU and everything in it are provided “as is” and “as available”, without any promise (express or implied) of accuracy, completeness, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or that it will not infringe anyone’s rights. We do not promise that MOMU will meet your needs or that your content will never be lost, so please keep your own copy of anything important (Settings lets you export your chats).
16.Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we (and the people who run or help run MOMU) are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for loss of data, profit, income, opportunity or goodwill, or for any decision you make or action you take because of an AI answer. Where the law does not allow a limit, our total responsibility to you for any claim about MOMU will not be more than what you paid us for MOMU in the 12 months before the claim (and if MOMU is free for you, that is zero). Nothing in these Terms limits anything that cannot be limited by law.
17.Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above, and for important changes we will try to tell you in MOMU or by email. If you keep using MOMU after a change, you accept the new Terms. If you do not agree, stop using MOMU and delete your account.
18.Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Bangladesh are the ones to settle any dispute, unless the law where you live gives you rights that cannot be changed by an agreement like this one. We would always prefer that you contact us first so we can try to sort things out.
